Our Process

• Contact our Producer via phone at (866) 915-5050, email (talent@turbosquid.com), online request form, or online artist form. Explain your project requirements in detail, along with any particular constraints (time, technical, budgetary, on-site, etc).
• Our Producer will determine how we can help you get your project completed on time and on-budget, and then identify qualified, available artists within the TurboSquid community.
• We will provide a written quote(s) with payment and delivery information, including artist portfolios, if appropriate.
• 3D Artists will begin work, under the supervision of TurboSquid Producers, as soon as you approve the quote and pay any required deposits; Producers will be in constant contact with the 3D artists and provide you with regular progress updates.
• The Producer will review the final project before sending it to you — if you are satisfied, simply sign off on the project and we will generate your final invoice.

Please Note: For 3D staff augmentation contracts, certain periodic payments may be required during the course of the engagement.
